Bethany Mota

     Bethany Mota is a youtuber/singer was born on November 7, 1995 and is most known for her youtube videos on her channel macbarbie07 that was created in June of 2009. Her channel is mostly about outfit ideas, diy's, makeup, hair, and recipes. Bethany Mota started her youtube because she was getting bullied. In December of 2013 she started a fashion line of clothes, perfume, and accessories that is featured at Aeropostale. She was on season 19 of Dancing With the Stars, paired with Derek Hough. They reached the finals together in 4th place. On October 13, 2014, she released a single called, Need you Right Now. And then is August of 2015, she wrote her own song by the name of Be Who you Want to Be and uploaded it to her youtube channel. Right now, she has almost 10,000,000 subscribers. Shawn Mendes

     Shawn Mendes is one of my favorite artists of all time. He is a Canadian singer and songwriter who was born on August 8, 1998. In 2013, he started posting covers of songs on a social media site called Vine. A year later he released his album "Handwritten," and the first song that came out reached the top ten in the U.S. and Canada. But, it reached number one in the UK. Shawn Mendes has an amazing voice and I have all of his songs. I can't choose a favorite song, but my favorite album is by far, "Handwritten." As you could probably conclude from the name of the album, he wrote all of his songs on that album. They are very well written and have a great tune to it. 
     In 2015, he collaborated with Camila Cabello from Fifth Harmony and they released a song together called, I Know What you did Last Summer. Two years ago, I went to Jingle Ball and saw Shawn Mendes perform. He was amazing and I hope I could go see him again.

Coachella

     For this weeks blog, I will be writing about Coachella 2016 and past Coachella festivals. I hope you enjoy this week's blog.
     Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival, which is also known as Coachella is being held on the weekends of April 15-17, and April 22-24 of 2016. This festive happens once a year and includes different types of music such as, rock, indie, hip hop, and electronic music It also includes sculptures and art. There are different stages that different performers perform on at the same time. Coachella first started in 1993. some of the artists that have performed at earlier Coachella festivals were AC/DC, Amy Winehouse, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dog, Coldplay, Madonna, The Killers, Paul McCartney, Foo Fighters, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Florence and the Machine Kanye West, Eminem, Lana Del Rey, Jay-Z and way more bands and artists. I hope that one year I am able to go to Coachella.

Kylie Lip Kit

     Kylie Jenner used to say that she just used a lot of lip liner, but she finally admitted that she got lip injections. She wanted to embrace her's and other people's lips by making a collection of makeup called "Kylie Lip Kit," which is also known as KLK. The Kylie Lip Kit comes with lip liner, and a matching matte liquid lipstick. There are many different colors and shades, but my personal favorite is "Dolce K." When Kylie was asked what was going to be in the kit, she said to yahoo, "I'm going to keep that a secret, but it's a kit and I am super invested. I have been going to the factories, making the shades perfect, because I'm super particular about my lip color. I wanted to make three perfect shades to start off." She is going to make new shades of lipsticks and lip liners, so that means they will be restocked soon. The Voice, Season 11

     For this blog, I will be writing about the season 11 on "The Voice" and the new judges as well. I hope you enjoy! 

     Alicia Keys and Miley Cyrus were announced as coached for "The Voice" for season 11. "The Voice" is a singing competition which is kind of like "American Idol" and "X-factor." Miley and Alicia will be replacing Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams, but Blake Shelton and Adam Levine will still be there. Miley Cyrus will be the youngest judge in "Voice" history. There is a kids and adult "Voice," but the adult one is more popular. It is pretty amazing how talented people are. I love watching this show because people are so good and I get addicted to these type of shows. In my opinion, this is my favorite singing competition show out of "X-factor," "American Idol," and this one. I can't wait to watch season 11 of "The Voice," with the new and improved judges. 

Meghan Trainor "No"

     Today I am going to be telling you guys about Megan Trainor's new released single called "No." Plus more information about her album and when it is going to coming out. I hope you enjoy today's blog.  

     Meghan Trainor, who just got a Grammy, came out with her new song called "No." This song was released in early March. This single went to #11 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #12 spot on Top 40 radio. Meghan Trainor's new album will be released on May 13, 2016.  "I told my producer we needed... an anthem about girl power that sounded like nothing on the album." Meghan Trainor said to her producer. In my opinion. This song is amazing. Meghan Trainor is very talented and she has a very powerful and good voice. "No," is my favorite song right now and I am excited to listen to her whole album when it comes out. 

The Bachelor Season 20

     The season Finale of the Bachelor, season 20, just passed on Monday March 14, 2016. This season stars Ben Higgins, who is a software salesman from Indiana.  There were two girls left, JoJo and Lauren B. In the second to last episode he said "I love you" to both of them. That must put him in a tough situation. When the two girls went to go see Ben's family, it went very well for both of them. Ben told his family that he was having a lot of trouble choosing one. They saw his problem. In my opinion, I liked Lauren B. since the first episode. In the last episode, he went on his that'd date with both of the girls individually. Finally, Ben had to make his choice. He chose Lauren B. I was really happy. On the other hand, now JoJo is going to be the Bachelorette of season 21. I can't wait until the next season of the Bachelorette.
